Tell Your Story at Diocesan Convention

What has your diocesan committee or church been doing this year?
What are your plans for next year?
What resources do you have to offer to congregations for study and action?
Does your congregation have a special project or program?
Have you undertaken a new initiative for ministry or mission?
Do you collaborate with an overseas mission for fund raising?

Diocesan Convention is a great place to share your congregation's or diocesan committee's story with people from every congregation. The display area at the Bangor Civic Center will allow for table displays of 4 to 6 feet of flat surface each and any number of banners and scrap books. Banners and other upright displays need to be self supporting. Tables will have cloths on them, but please bring an additional layer that sets off your particular display if you wish.

To reserve a space for your congregation's display, please complete and return the form below. (You may print it and mail it or cut and paste it into an email message.)

To offset the cost of creating the display area we ask a contribution of $10. Please include your CDF# or send a check payable to the Diocese of Maine to the attention of Elizabeth M. Ring at
