Lunch Reservation Form and Information
A box lunch will be available by advance reservation for $6.00 per person.
Lunch will include a sandwich, chips, fruit and a dessert, along
with your choice of soda or bottled water.
Checks for lunch reservations must be received at the diocesan office no
later than Monday, October 21.
