Pre-Convention Hearings -- 2002

Pencil in the Pre-Convention hearing closest to you
For this year's convention delegates, attending a nearby pre-convention hearing will
be more important than ever. Delegates are charged to make many decisions about church
assessment, clergy compensation revisions, and other important issues. Members of
Resolutions and Finance Committees will be on hand to answer questions as will members of
the Task Force on Assessment Review. If you are a delegate to the 183rd Annual Convention,
please make every effort to attend.

St. Thomas', Camden, Wednesday, October 9, 7:00 p.m.
St. Mark's, Waterville, Wednesday, October 9, 7 p.m.
St. Augustine's, Dover-Foxcroft, Thursday, October 10, 6:30 p.m.
St. John's, Bangor, Saturday, October 12, 1:30 p.m.
(Join us for our Second Saturday Community Meal at noon)
Christ Church, Norway, Sunday, October 13, 2 p.m.
St. George's, Sanford, Sunday, October 13, 3 p.m.
Trinity, Portland, Sunday, October 13, 4 p.m.
St. Anne's, Mars Hill, Tuesday, October 15, 6:30 p.m.
A member of the Finance Committee and the Resolutions Committee and the Task Force on Assessment Review will attend each pre-convention hearing.
